Explore the question without accepting a label
The recording is titled “Why Intelligent Women Quietly Fail In Business”. That is a discussion title, not a statement that women inevitably struggle or that one personal trait explains business results. The description points to confidence, visibility and hidden barriers as themes. Watch with a specific question about your own situation in mind. Are you reluctant to introduce your services, ask a question or explain the value of your work? Identify the action you have been avoiding and what information or support would help you take it. External circumstances and business processes matter as well as confidence. Cofi provides somewhere to exchange experiences and ask questions without paying a membership fee.
Three actions to try
- Identify one situation where you hesitate to explain your work.
- Watch the conversation and record a question it raises.
- Choose one manageable action that makes your business clearer.
