The form should make measurement conventions clear, including whether dimensions are internal or external. Artwork files need version control and a separate proof approval process. Any automated price should follow a maintained rule set and clearly state its status.
Start with one packaging type and test unusual dimensions, a changed quantity and revised artwork. Keep the accepted specification linked to the quotation. A clear request can reduce clarification work, but a visual preview should not imply that print colour, material finish or production suitability has already been approved.
