A monitoring dashboard could bring approved equipment readings into a shared view. Before designing charts, establish what each sensor measures, how often data arrives and how the system recognises a missing or unreliable reading.
Alerts need agreed thresholds, recipients and acknowledgement rules. A stale value should not look like a current healthy reading. Device identity, access controls and the connection to existing equipment require technical assessment.
Pilot one machine or site and test missing data, a disconnected sensor and an alert that nobody acknowledges. The dashboard can support operational awareness, but it should not be presented as a safety control or guaranteed fault predictor unless that intended use has been specifically engineered, assessed and validated.
