An employee benefits marketplace could show eligible staff the offers available through their employer. The model needs to define who supplies each benefit and whether the platform handles selection, purchasing or introductions.
Employer accounts require strong separation, with eligibility and joining or leaving processes. Staff should see applicable terms and what information is shared with a provider. Sensitive choices should not become a general management report by default.
