Finding new customers is only one route to growth. The video “How to Triple Your Business Without Finding New Customers” invites you to think about the relationships you already have. Its title should not be read as a guaranteed result.
This Cofi teaching session is presented by Rob Steadman, who runs the free Cofi Business Network.

Look for relevant value, not extra pressure
Consider whether existing customers know the full range of help you offer. They may have a related need, need to reorder or benefit from a reminder at the right time. Begin by understanding their experience and checking whether the original service met expectations. A relevant follow-up is more useful than repeatedly sending offers that do not fit. Review repeat purchasing, customer feedback and the effort required to deliver additional work. Increasing sales can create more pressure if the business cannot fulfil them reliably. Choose a small, appropriate follow-up activity, measure the response and learn before scaling it.
Three actions to try
- Review the questions existing customers ask after purchase.
- Identify one relevant follow-up or repeat need.
- Check capacity and the value of the work before promoting it.
Questions and answers
Can this guarantee that revenue triples?
No. Results depend on your business, customers and delivery. Use the video as a learning prompt rather than a promise.
