A shared travel booking could give rugby supporters one confirmed record of the coach, pick-up point and departure time. It could also help organisers understand demand before committing to additional transport.
The system needs to distinguish expressions of interest from paid seats. A waiting list should only become a booking when the supporter accepts and any required payment is completed. Match admission must be described separately unless it is explicitly included.
Start with a single trip and agree how substitute passengers, missed departures and match postponements will be handled. Give organisers a boarding list they can use under the expected connectivity conditions. Supporters should receive clear updates about their own journey, especially where different coaches use different pick-up points or return arrangements.
