Kit purchases and player subscriptions could share a login while remaining separate records. A subscription follows membership rules; a kit order depends on sizes, supplier availability and delivery or collection arrangements.
The club would need subscription categories, renewal dates and a process for agreed exceptions. Kit orders might be gathered into supplier batches, with statuses such as awaiting order, ordered and ready for collection. Those stages should not be confused with whether payment has cleared.
Start by documenting how the treasurer and kit organiser currently reconcile their records. Test an order with an unavailable size, a subscription category change and a payment that covers several family members. A shared system is useful when it clarifies those responsibilities rather than collapsing every transaction into an unexplained balance.
