A shared platform could let promoters present events under their own branding while using common booking technology. The underlying accounts need strong separation so one promoter cannot see another's customers, sales or private settings.
Agree which parts are shared and which are configurable: logos, page addresses, email wording, fees and event policies. Payment ownership and support responsibilities must be explicit. A platform administrator needs controlled oversight without making every promoter an administrator of the whole service.
Pilot two deliberately different promoter accounts and test their permissions. Check confirmations, refunds and reports as well as the public pages. Branded pages are the visible feature; reliable account separation and clear commercial arrangements are what make the model workable as more organisers join.
