A group travel app could bring agreed plans and booking references into one shared itinerary. Individual members may still have different arrival times, room arrangements and payment responsibilities.
The group needs permissions for editing shared plans and recording expenses. A booking reference does not necessarily mean everyone is included, so participant lists should be explicit. Private documents and personal payment details should not be available to the whole group by default.
Start with a sample trip and test someone joining late or leaving early. Keep suggested activities separate from commitments that require payment. The app can reduce organisational confusion by showing the latest agreed plan, while bookings made with outside providers remain subject to those providers' confirmation and change processes.
