A golf partner app could help someone arrange a round when their usual playing group is unavailable. Matching would involve location, date, preferred course, playing pace and the kind of round people want.
The app should separate finding a partner from reserving a tee time. Unless a booking connection is agreed, a match between players does not guarantee space at the course. Invitations, confirmations and withdrawals need clear states so nobody mistakes an unanswered request for a plan.
Launch in a defined area with participating golfers or clubs. Give users control over what profile information is visible and when contact details are shared. A first pilot should test whether suggested partners actually organise rounds, rather than judging success only by how many profiles are created.
